Adam Driver Says ‘The Ship Has Sailed’ on ‘The Hunt for Ben Solo’ and He’s Done Playing Kylo Ren: ‘It’s Over’
According to Variety, Adam Driver has squashed any possibility of returning to the Star Wars galaxy as Kylo Ren. During a recent appearance on 'The Rich Eisen Show,' when asked if he would ever play the villain again, Driver responded, 'Yeah, it’s over… No more Star Wars.' Driver revealed that he and Steven Soderbergh had previously pitched a screenplay for a standalone movie centered on Kylo Ren to Disney executives Bob Iger and Alan Bergman, but the proposal was rejected because the studio maintained that the character is dead.
