According to The Times of Israel, the building at 6 Pinsker Street in Tel Aviv, which was damaged during an Iranian missile strike in 2025, is undergoing reconstruction. The project aims to preserve the building's historic character while creating new luxury residential units near the Mediterranean, and is currently in the pre-sale phase.
