Trailer released for documentary on Windows on the World restaurant

A trailer has been released for the short documentary 'At the Top of the World', which chronicles the story of Windows on the World, the renowned restaurant located at the summit of the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York. Directed by Oscar-nominated filmmakers Julie Cohen and Betsy West, the project is a collaboration between CNN Films, TIME Studios, and Tribeca Studios. Its release coincides with the approach of the 25th anniversary of the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks. For 25 years, Windows on the World served an international clientele, employing a diverse staff at the highest point of the North Tower. On the morning of 11 September 2001, 91 guests and 79 staff members lost their lives when the towers were attacked. First reported by Deadline, the documentary examines the history and atmosphere of the restaurant, as well as the tragic fate of those present during one of the deadliest events in modern American history.
