According to Channel 14 Israel, with only hours left until polling stations open, many Israeli citizens have altered their personal plans to participate in the elections. Some students have left their studies abroad to fly back to Israel, and a young couple postponed their honeymoon to be present on election day. Conversely, some families have chosen to leave the country during the election. Despite forecasts of stormy weather that may disrupt leisure plans on the election holiday, millions of Israelis are prepared to head to the polls to influence the country's future.
