Damon Wayans reunites with In Living Color co-star for St. Denis Medical

Damon Wayans, known for his role in In Living Color, will reunite with his former co-star David Alan Grier in the season three premiere of St. Denis Medical. According to Variety, Wayans will portray Dr. Hyland, a new physician at St. Denis Hospital described as charming yet arrogant. He is brought in to temporarily cover for Ron, played by Grier, who is recovering from surgery. The character description notes that while most patients and staff are captivated by Dr. Hyland’s personality and insights, Alex, played by Allison Tolman, remains an exception. This appearance marks a reunion for Wayans and Grier, who previously starred together on the American sketch comedy series In Living Color. The season three premiere of St. Denis Medical is scheduled to air on 2 November.
