Three IDF soldiers injured in drone attack in southern Lebanon

An IDF officer and two soldiers were severely injured on Friday night following an explosive drone impact in southern Lebanon. The soldiers were evacuated to a hospital for medical treatment, and their families have been notified. The IDF stated the incident occurred within the security zone where its forces are operating. In response, the IDF struck Hezbollah infrastructure in the Nabatieh and Ansar areas. The strike eliminated Ali Samir Al-Haj Hassan, a battalion commander in Hezbollah's Radwan Force, along with several other operatives. The IDF stated that Hassan was a lawful target and accused him of using his family as human shields by hiding them inside the military headquarters. Lebanese reports indicated that 11 people were killed in the strikes. The Israeli Prime Minister's Office issued a statement condemning the attack as a violation of the ceasefire. Separately, the IDF reported that soldiers from the Paratroopers Brigade eliminated two individuals who crossed the Yellow Line and approached troops in a threatening manner.
