Bullet lands near Psagot synagogue

According to a spokesperson for the Binyamin Regional Council, several security incidents occurred in the region on Saturday. In one instance, gunshots were heard in the vicinity of the Jewish community of Psagot, and a bullet was subsequently discovered near a synagogue inside the community. IDF and police forces were dispatched to the scene to investigate. In a separate incident earlier that day, a Jewish shepherd was assaulted by individuals from the village of Al-Mughayyir near Quarry Road. Local officials stated that following the attack, approximately 30 masked individuals gathered at the scene, rioted, and erected roadblocks. The Binyamin Regional Council emphasized that attacks on shepherds and similar security incidents have become a recurring phenomenon in recent years, which they argue often receive insufficient public attention.
