The account has garnered over 7 million likes. Natali describes her relationship with surgery as a source of pleasure and a way to fulfill her dreams, noting that she struggled with an inferiority complex in her youth. She estimates that she has spent approximately 250,000 shekels (about $84,600) on various procedures, funding her lifestyle through an inheritance from her grandfather. Despite facing online abuse and harsh criticism, the pair maintains that their content creation is a form of quality time together. Or, who does not undergo cosmetic procedures herself, says she supports her mother's choices while urging the public to look beyond the surface and not judge them solely by their appearance.
