Iran refuses to accept ‘excessive’ US demands, deal to end war still distant, Iran official says

According to the Jerusalem Post, an Iranian official stated that Tehran refuses to accept excessive demands from the United States and a deal to end the war is still distant. The official added that Tehran's conditions would have to be met if the US wants the Strait of Hormuz opened, and nuclear talks could begin afterwards.
