Vin Diesel moved to tears by Fast & Furious 11 script

Vin Diesel has revealed that the script for the next instalment in the Fast & Furious franchise, titled Fast X: Part 2, was so emotional that it made him cry. However, director Louis Leterrier has confirmed he has not yet seen the screenplay. Writing on Instagram regarding the eleventh film, which was penned by Michael Leslie, Diesel stated: "It is the best script I have read in decades." Leterrier, who directed 2023's Fast X and is returning for the upcoming sequel, told Polygon that he has not yet read the draft that moved Diesel. Regarding the conclusion of the franchise, Leterrier noted: "There will be an ending, and it is a great ending." Leterrier made these comments while promoting his new sci-fi horror film, The Last House. According to Variety, Fast X: Part 2 will serve as the eleventh main entry in the series. Specific plot details and production timelines have not yet been disclosed.
