Camille Delamarre to direct Bugatti: The Last Race

Camille Delamarre, known for Brick Mansions, The Transporter Refueled, and Assassin Club, has been tapped to direct Bugatti: The Last Race. The film explores the life of Ettore Bugatti, the racing driver and visionary behind the iconic automotive brand. According to an exclusive report by Deadline, the film is based on an English-language treatment by producer Andrea Iervolino, with his company, Andrea Iervolino American, producing the project. Deadline first reported on the film's development in 2024, at which time it was expected that Iervolino’s frequent collaborator, Bobby Moresco, would write and direct. A representative for Iervolino has now confirmed to Deadline that Iervolino is co-writing the script alongside Albert Ferrari. This marks the first time Iervolino has received a screenwriting credit on one of his own productions.
