Finalized on September 23, 2026, the move aims to address the growing demand from European institutional investors for a unified platform to manage investment analysis alongside environmental and social data. Bob Mann, CEO of Glass Lewis, stated that the union will allow clients to benefit from accelerated AI-enabled product development and deeper data-driven insights. Rebeca Minguela, founder and CEO of Clarity AI, emphasized that merging their technology with Glass Lewis's expertise creates a differentiated platform for decision-making. The combined entity has designated Madrid as its global center of excellence for sustainability, data, and AI innovation. The merger occurs as Europe maintains its position as the global hub for sustainable investing, representing over 80% of worldwide sustainable fund assets.
