Jeremy Irons, Keke Palmer and Alan Cumming join TIFF market projects

Jeremy Irons, Keke Palmer, Alan Cumming and several other cinematic figures have joined projects set to be introduced at the inaugural Toronto International Film Festival market. TIFF: The Market will take place from 10 to 16 September, with these projects forming part of the festival's international financing and project programme. The programme has selected 40 feature films, six series and five 'innovation' projects for presentation and investment opportunities. Among the notable projects is 'Central Park Story', an animated film produced by Jackie Barkus and John Fragomeni, directed by Daniel Janoe. Keke Palmer, Alan Cumming, Common and Regina Hall are among the cast members attached to the project. Jeremy Irons is also listed among the talent associated with the market's projects. According to Variety, the festival's international financing and project programme aims to connect projects with investors, producers and other industry professionals. The first edition of TIFF: The Market will run concurrently with the Toronto International Film Festival this September.
