Jerusalem Post: Economic pressure could lead to internal unrest in Iran within months

Jacob Nagel, the former head of Israel's National Security Council, stated in an interview with the Jerusalem Post that sustained economic pressure on the Islamic Republic could trigger widespread internal unrest in Iran within a period of six to nine months. According to the former security official, these pressures might once again drive the public to take to the streets in protest. However, Nagel cautioned in his analysis that Tehran still retains the capability to retaliate. These remarks come as regional tensions and Iran's economic situation remain a focal point for international observers.
