‘Last Breath’: The campaign giving Iran’s condemned a face and a name

According to a report by the Jerusalem Post, a campaign titled 'Last Breath' has been launched to provide a face and identity to prisoners sentenced to death in Iran. These efforts come as the number of executions in the country has surpassed 950 this year. Among those executed, at least 29 individuals were arrested in connection with the protests in January. Months after those events, scores of others in Iran remain at serious risk of execution. Human rights activists have expressed their outrage against the deadly crackdown and the sentences issued against protesters in the Islamic Republic by holding protest gatherings, including silent marches in cities such as Paris.
