According to a report by the Jerusalem Post, there are concerns regarding the accuracy of official Pentagon data concerning US military fatalities in the conflict with Iran. As of Friday, the Pentagon's casualty tracking system lists 14 fatalities occurring during an operation designated as 'Operation Epic Fury.' Additionally, four other deaths have been categorized under 'Overseas Operations.' The report highlights these figures from official systems while raising the possibility that the accounting may be inaccurate. Pentagon officials have not yet responded to the report.
