Packers’ Josh Jacobs faces fresh abuse allegations from three women in police records
According to the Guardian, following the police investigation into Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs regarding a battery case in May, three other women have contacted police to detail their own allegations of physical abuse against him. The records, released by the Hobart/Lawrence Police Department, include accounts dating back to 2021 and 2022. One woman alleged that the star threatened to kill her. Jacobs’ lawyers have dismissed the allegations as 'uncorroborated' and 'old,' emphasizing that the District Attorney’s office conducted an exhaustive investigation and only pursued two misdemeanor charges. Jacobs pleaded no contest to battery and criminal damage to property in September. The NFL is still investigating the matter and could impose further discipline on the player.
