Hundreds of thousands attend government-organized rally in Tehran

According to a report by the Times of Israel citing Iranian state media, hundreds of thousands of people participated in a government-organized rally in Tehran. Iranian state television estimated the number of attendees at 300,000. Participants at the gathering expressed their support for the Islamic Republic and pledged their readiness to take up arms in its defense. During the event, some attendees trampled on American and Israeli flags while chanting 'Death to America' and 'Death to Israel'.
