Three Israelis rescued after entering Palestinian-controlled areas of West Bank

Israeli Civil Administration forces rescued three Israeli citizens on Sunday after they entered Area A in the West Bank. Entry into these areas, which are under the civil and security control of the Palestinian Authority, is prohibited by Israeli law. One of the individuals was an armed man spotted near the village of Ein Arik, close to Ramallah. Footage from the scene shows him being detained by Palestinian security forces before being handed over to the IDF through coordination channels. In two separate incidents, an Israeli woman was found in Jericho and a man suffering from mental illness was spotted in Bethlehem. Initial inquiries suggest the woman had entered the Palestinian city deliberately. All three cases have been transferred to the Judea and Samaria District Police for further processing. Security officials reiterated that entering Area A is life-threatening and illegal for Israeli citizens.
