Israeli forces uncover rocket during raid on Hamas cell in West Bank

Israeli security forces, including the Shin Bet, the IDF, and the Yamam counterterrorism unit, uncovered and dismantled a rocket during an operation in the Aqraba area of the West Bank. According to security officials, the rocket was found without a launcher and was destroyed at the scene. During the same operation, 10 Hamas operatives were arrested, with authorities alleging the cell was planning attacks against Israeli civilians. Following interrogations, one suspect revealed the location of a weapons cache containing an M16 rifle and a large quantity of explosives intended for bomb-making. These items were also dismantled on-site. Israeli security forces stated they would continue operations across the West Bank to disrupt militant infrastructure and prevent future attacks.
